We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required to support the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
