Amazon Pay provides more than 300 million Amazon customers with the familiar, seamless Amazon payment experience anywhere they shop, and enables online businesses to grow their sales and reduce costs with trusted Amazon payment technology.

Amazon Pay is seeking an experienced Sr. Content Strategist to own the development, execution, and measurement of high-impact marketing and sales content, that will help merchant-facing teams connect our offering to their customers’ needs. The Sr. Content Strategist has a deep understanding of our product, priorities, and business customers segments and needs, and can translate multiple inputs and data into a marketing content strategy and messaging framework that is cohesive globally and relevant regionally. They will develop new and compelling marketing content and assets that are used by marketing and sales teams globally, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and contents and make data-driven decisions on how to evolve our marketing content strategy. The successful candidate is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional stakeholders, with strong attention to detail, and who strives in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable product messaging framework with relevant segments and regional angles. Collaborate with Product and Regional Leadership and Marketing teams to understand and incorporate compelling selling points and make relevant regional adjustments.
• Work with the regional Marketing and Sales teams to develop the right content strategy to support demand generation, lead nurture, and pipeline acceleration and create compelling product marketing content in support of the plan
• Identify and create compelling audience-focused sales and marketing collateral, playbooks, and case studies that help sales and marketing teams drive value-based conversations and campaigns. Drive the recruitment and development of case studies and identify first- and third-party research that help reinforce the benefits of Amazon Pay for our target audiences
• Design, track, and report on metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement content

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
