Outside sales representative

We are currently seeking a proven sales representative to develop relationships with referral sources and generate referrals for home care services. Ideal candidate is highly self driven and motivated.
This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources, as well as planning and organizing community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the unity and generate new relationships and business opportunities within Maumelle, Mayflower, North Little Rock, Sherwood and other nearby areas. This individual must develop and execute on sales plans that generate high-value clients and meet business development goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or in the healthcare or senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately. We also serve clients of all ages and abilities, experience with childcare or daycare recruitment is a plus.
What you will be doing:
As a full-time Synergy Salesperson, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within one of our home care agencies, specially working with a variety of clients from birth upwards. Here's what you can expect:
- Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, child care centers, schools etc.
- Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads
- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
- Consistently bring new clients in
- Conduct prospect calls/visits to potential new referral partners; implement contracts and agreements.
- Organizes territory in geographical zones to maximize sales efficiencies
- Conduct 40-50 sals calls/visits per week to a mix of medical and non medical referral partners new and follow-up calls/visits
- Establish a sales plan and actively utilize it as a working tool.
- Manage marketing and sales plans
- Track all networking events in appropriate software or excel spreadsheet
- Perform Home Assessments and assist with new client intake
- Develop a visitation schedule for existing referral partners to maintain a grow partner relationship
- Develop and maintain prospects, clients, referral partners database for contacts in designated Home care software
- Weekly reporting of accountabilities

Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Driver´s license.
- Must have valid vehicle insurance
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare or related senior and childcare services businesses, with connections with other industries for all group ages.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare, senior, and childcare industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development
- Experienced at cold calling
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare related field is preferred, but not required
