We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Massage Envy by TeamLaszlo. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our massage, skin care, and retail products, and supporting our team of licensed massage therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Sell massage, skin care, and retail products to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Support the team of licensed massage therapists, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Complete light laundry duties, cash counting, and daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
