Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server Representative to join our team at All Sports Foods Two, LLC. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests enthusiastically and provide a warm welcome to our restaurant.
  • Suggest menu items and specials based on your knowledge of our menu and ingredients.
  • Enter orders into our point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner and check back to ensure everything meets their expectations.
  • Pre-bus and bus tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Collect guest checks and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return, fostering a positive and loyal customer base.
  • Verify guest IDs and serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to state and local laws.
  • Assist other servers and management staff as needed, working collaboratively as a team.
