About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at The Ackerly at Sherwood. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a critical role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, and communicating the unique benefits of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of our community
- Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours of our community, highlighting the amenities and services we offer
- Inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to ensure tour readiness
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing, including advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database and perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, and notes
- Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for our community, including developing and executing marketing campaigns and analyzing results
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar sales role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of senior living industry and marketing principles
