We are looking for a dedicated Facility Operations Supervisor to manage our latest storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing agreements, customer interactions, payment collections, record management, and security protocols. This role demands a proactive approach to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the facility through routine maintenance, innovative thinking, strategic branding, and marketing initiatives, all while fostering a positive environment that prioritizes exceptional customer service and respect for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing lease agreements and promoting store products.
- Engaging directly with customers to deliver outstanding service and build strong relationships.
- Processing payments and handling daily financial reconciliations.
- Passing a comprehensive background check, including a driving record assessment.
- Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
- Physical demands include regular property inspections, cleaning units, and performing light maintenance tasks.
- Completing various administrative duties.
- Building customer rapport by understanding their storage needs and providing tailored solutions while delivering exceptional service.
- Meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with team members and working independently to manage leasing processes, accept payments through our Point-of-Sale System (POS), and conduct follow-up calls regarding outstanding payments.
- Maintaining a clean and secure storage environment in accordance with company standards (including restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, and facility structures).
- Regularly required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder while performing job duties.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Google and Apple mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of office networking principles.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential.
- Previous management or leasing experience with a consistent work history is preferred.
- Must possess the ability to effectively promote company products and services both in person and via phone.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Note: Candidates with experience in roles such as Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, Retail Associate, Hospitality, Front Desk Agent, Leasing Agent, or Property Management are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
