We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our Enterprise Success team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager.

This position entails cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our clientele, acting as their representative within WineDirect. You will work closely with internal teams and winery representatives to enhance client workflows and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients
  • Identify and communicate system issues and enhancement opportunities
  • Facilitate online meetings and in-person consultations with clients
  • Collaborate with clients to design platform improvements
  • Assess solutions and propose enhancement recommendations
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions and progress
  • Engage in sales opportunities
  • Participate in team meetings for effective project oversight
  • Perform additional duties as required

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our partners and clients. Experience in training, public speaking, and software technology is essential, along with a solid understanding of the wine sector and technical training.

  • Minimum of 3 years in training/public speaking roles
  • Familiarity with the wine industry and the WineDirect platform
