Under the direction of the Department Administrator, the Administrative Coordinator II will provide advanced, diversified and confidential services to the NJMS – Department of Surgery-Vascular Surgery. Exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment in handling day-today matters.Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provides a high level of administrative support to the Division Faculty (multiple)/Division Chief. Coordinates office operations, including forms, secretarial/clerical work, space, and office equipment and repair, internal reporting systems, and ordering supplies and materials.
