Our Full Time Sales and Business Development team receives training hand on from top executives. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best, work with cutting-edge technologies, and overcome challenges. The Full Time Sales and Business Development team is responsible for bringing the best telecommunications service possible while developing leadership abilities. Our Full Time Sales and Business Development team works in conjunction with the sales and marketing team to establish best practices and refine processes that support customer care objectives and overall sales margins.
Full Time Sales and Business Development Responsibilities:
- Update customer account to ensure an accurate record of products and services is captured
- Ensure that customer has a positive experience throughout the ongoing customer relationship
- Shadow Telecommunications Managers to gain leadership skills and develop a concrete understanding of the services and products we offer
- Communicate, engage, and provide the customer with education on products and services
- Displays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experience
- Cover all contract details for new customers and problem-solve any questions that may arrive in a professional manner
Full Time Sales and Business Development Must have:
- A background in telecommunications, management, sales, leadership, or related fields
- Natural leadership abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Incredible problem-solving abilities
- Great people skills with the ability to build relationships anyone
- Patience, empathy, and passion
- Confidence and public speaking skills
