Job Description

Job Description Salary: $20 - $25 Hourly DOE We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and building relationships with clients. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and managing a sales pipeline, and working with our sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and other lead generation activities Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products and services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company and build relationships with potential clients

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
