Brinqa has an immediate need for an Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity) who will be responsible for handling sales leads and converting them to new business opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will be identifying, negotiating, and closing large / enterprise deals in a defined territory.
  • You will be working with CISO's and CTOs of some of the biggest brands in the world. You will be working with them to build solutions that allow them to win. We are customer obsessed.
  • You will be called upon to utilize superior sales skills to develop opportunities and identify the necessary decision makers and influencers of the prospective deal.
  • You will listen, identify, and understand clients'/prospective clients' needs and deliver to their expectations.
  • You will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way. Helping others see our value and solve problems is our goal.
  • You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals. You will also respond to inquiries from our demand generation team.
  • You are curious and will constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide that sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Proven track record of 7+ years in enterprise software sales closing
  • 3+ years with direct cyber security related sales experience
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to motivate others through their own actions
  • Knowledge and experience of pipeline management utilizing Salesforce and other reporting tools/resources
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make adjustments to maintain the velocity and momentum of the sales cycle
  • Technical aptitude to understand our product and communicate to business leaders
  • Willingness to refine and improve our prospecting sales techniques

Brinqa was founded in 2008 by cybersecurity and technology veterans that witnessed first-hand the significant amount of time and people it took a company to manage the various tools and resources to protect the business from the ever evolving and changing world of cybersecurity.

Building a cybersecurity platform that connects all of the relevant IT, security, and business data resources to create a common data view with actionable insights would give companies a resource that would allow them to respond faster, smarter and more efficiently.

Until recently, all sales were led by the CEO and a marketing team of one. In June 2021, with a solid and effective product benefiting and significantly impacting Fortune 50 companies, Brinqa received its first and only institutionalized funding with Insight Partners. Investing $110M and a minority position in the business, Insight Partners provided Brinqa a way to provide their cybersecurity platform product to more enterprise companies by building their employee base with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and People.
