Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant for our title service operations team is responsible for providing administrative support.

This position will require on-site working M-F 8:30am-5pm at our Schaumburg office.  This is not a remote or hybrid position.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering department phones and greeting customers.

Responsible for logging title orders and opening title files.

Responsible for mail pick-up and distribution.

Perform other general administrative duties assigned by the Manager.

Scanning documents into files.

Upkeep and inventory of office supplies.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Skilled administrative professional with at least 1-2 years experience.

Prior experience at a title insurance company or real estate brokerage preferred

Strong project management skills

Strong writing, editing and grammar skills

Excellent technology and computer skills

Solutions oriented

Flexible and adaptable

Proactive with strong independent judgment

Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities

Excellent judgment and initiative
