Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Managers on daily tasks
  • Assist in bid coordination
  • Properly track job records and prepare weekly notes
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduling and project status
  • Generate reports, as requested
  • Prepare and track bids, proposals, contracts, change orders, insurance certificates
  • Coordinate with customers with scheduling and project status
  • Work with other admins on initiatives and projects

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Experience with accounting and/or construction industry
  • Experience with ComputerEase software or other Construction accounting system like Timberline is a plus
  • Knowledge of parts for fire sprinklers, plumbing, and other mechanical trades
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple priorities
