Job Description

Develops a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy tailored to engage military and federal entities, considering their unique needs and regulations.

Collaborates closely with the Clinical and Operations teams to understand the specific requirements of the military and federal markets and effectively communicate the services offered by the organization.

Devotes at least 75% of time to engaging with military and federal referral sources, educating them on the services provided.

Identifies and pursues target accounts within military bases, federal healthcare programs, and other relevant agencies, aiming for targeted revenue growth.

Acts as a liaison between the organization and military/federal entities, ensuring clear communication and understanding of services provided.

Maintains up-to-date organizational charts reflecting authority structures down to the consumer level within military and federal agencies.

Manages existing accounts and relationships within military and federal sectors.

Provides exceptional customer service to military and federal referral sources, as well as patients and their families.

Analyzes the specific needs of the military and federal markets and devises comprehensive plans to secure new accounts.

Ensures that all marketing materials accurately represent the organization and its capabilities within the military and federal healthcare domain.

Collaborates closely with the Director of Operations and Clinical to align business development efforts with organizational goals and capabilities within the military and federal sectors.
