Position Summary: The Business Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in expanding our company's outreach and fostering new business relationships. This individual will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, dropping off essential business materials, establishing contacts, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Outreach and Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to potential clients to drop off business information and establish initial contact. Build rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders through personalized interactions. Cultivate relationships with prospects to understand their needs and preferences. Promotional Activities: Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials and goodies to leave a positive impression. Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to actively promote our services and engage with the target audience. Develop creative content and campaigns to attract prospects and generate leads. Proposal Management: Prepare and customize proposals and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of potential clients. Follow up on proposals and inquiries promptly to maintain momentum and address any concerns. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding in all communications. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contact information, and communication history using CRM software. Regularly update and manage the prospect database to ensure data integrity and facilitate targeted marketing efforts. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Analyze market data and client feedback to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of outreach efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion and networking. Familiarity with CRM software and database management. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
