Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales, marketing and retail professional to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will support the store owner in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, meet and achieve sales goals and leading a team of associates in a fun environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of the health, wellness and fitness industry, and the ability to handle various responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on our health and wellness services and their benefits
  • Represent Purify Sauna Lounge at local health, wellness and community events.
  • ·Handling inventory and merchandising of retail space
  • Consulting all clients in a professional, upbeat manor and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with clients while exhibiting exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store and retail space
  • Opening/closing business responsibilities as scheduled
  • Reports and works directly with ownership to maintain all store operations
  • Daily administrative paperwork and processing billing payments
  • Promote and drive new retail and membership sales
  • Develop and implement new sales and marketing campaigns
  • Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and high levels of customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a manager or in a similar retail management role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of retail math concepts to support inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Sales, customer service and health & wellness experience preferred
