About RxP Companies

RxP Companies is a fast-growing, multi-industry organization with divisions across real estate, marketing, printing, and property management. We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Representative to help drive growth across our family of brands — including RxP Team, Blue Dog Graphics, Minuteman, Envirogreen, and RSV.

This is a performance-based role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives on results and relationship-building.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage new client relationships across multiple business divisions.
  • Identify sales opportunities, conduct outreach, and present company services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Attend trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to represent RxP Companies.
  • Manage leads, track performance, and contribute to overall business growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate, design, or service industries preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Based in or willing to travel to the New York City area for events.
