What You'll Do
- Field and Qualify Leads: You'll handle inbound calls and website inquiries, engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and identifying the best fit for our services.
- Close & Pass: Close smaller orders directly and seamlessly hand off qualified, high-value opportunities to our Account Reps.
- Own the First Impression: Represent our brand with energy and professionalism — you'll often be the first voice our customers hear.
- Stay Organized: Manage and track leads in HubSpot, ensuring every conversation is documented and followed up on.
- Collaborate to Win: Partner with Marketing and Sales to improve lead flow, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
