Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and print advertising.
• Manage and optimize social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and improving search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
• Contribute to content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Help coordinate advertising sales efforts by preparing presentations, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining client relationships.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and/or Canva to assist in designing marketing collateral such as banners, flyers, and digital ads.
• Support digital marketing activities including performance marketing and marketing automation
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors' strategies, and gather insights for campaign optimization.
• Assist in managing budgets for various campaigns to ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
• Track campaign performance metrics through analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
• Support the team in executing B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies aimed at strengthening corporate partnerships.

Requirements

• A passion for digital marketing with a fundamental understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation systems is also a plus.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
• Prior experience or coursework related to performance marketing, SaaS marketing, e-commerce platforms, or product management is advantageous but not mandatory.
