Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representatives to join our team. This role involves proactively generating leads, attending meetings and training sessions, building relationships, and closing sales through strategic outreach and virtual calls. Key Responsibilities

• Generate Leads – Proactively reach out to real estate agents through cold calling to generate leads. We will provide the leads.Leads can also be sourced from public websites like real estate websites, real estate brokerage sites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), attending real estate and networking meetings, email outreach, and more.
• Conduct Initial Consultations – Continue engagement with leads through Discovery calls to uncover their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Close Sales Virtually – Host one-on-one or group webinar sales calls via Zoom and Google Meet to pitch and sell our digital marketing services. We provide the sales presentation needed to secure the sale.
• Manage CRM & Sales Pipeline – Use Go High Level to track leads, follow up, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Attend Meetings & Training – Participate in your initial training sessions, daily team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and strategy sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.
• Administer administrative and ancillary tasking as needed.

Requirements

• Sales Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in virtual sales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Lead Generation Skills: Ability to identify, engage, and qualify prospects through multiple channels, including cold outreach and social media.
• Strong Communication & Closing Skills (Preferred): Comfortable handling outbound calls, delivering presentations, and negotiating deals.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM tools is a plus but not required.
• Tech & Internet Requirements: A strong internet connection, clear audio capability, and a functional camera are required for virtual calls. It is required that camera be on for all calls on a daily basis.
• Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently in a commission-based structure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to collaborate, share insights, and contribute to a growth-driven, supportive team environment.
• Ethics & Integrity: Adherence to the highest ethical standards in everything you do, ensuring honest and transparent communication with prospects, team members, and customers.
