Our company is currently seeking ​an Administration Assistant, Book Keeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.  The job will require two to three days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Prepare invoices, Handle accounts payable.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of Quick Books
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
