Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to provide exceptional support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to assigned program/department, completing general clerical duties such as word processing, filing, answering and routing telephone messages, and greeting visitors.
  • Review and prepare departmental correspondence, reports, memos, letters, meeting minutes, and project notes.
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
  • Assist with data entry into various programs, including Evolv, ChartMeds, UKG, Company mileage, Relias, and alarem.com portal.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) with three years applicable work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematical concepts.
  • Competency in prioritizing multiple and competing projects.
Benefits:
