A high volume-full service restaurant ($4MM+ in sales) is looking for a fantastic Executive Chef to join it's team. This concept is well established, upscale casual concept, and the brand values it's employees. "People first" motto is part of the culture and the company takes great care of it's employees. The restaurant is in the growing metropolitan area of Ithaca, a growing community and travel destination.

What's in it for you?
-Competitive Base Salary: $90,000 to $130,000

*Looking for someone with fine dining experience, and beverage experience/wine knowledge a plus Particularly Italian Wines

What we seek?
-High energy, hands-on (works in the kitchen), passionate Executive Chef
-Experience from a corporate upscale casual environment. E.g. Cheesecake Factory Chef, McCormick and Schmidt, Grand Lux, Chart House, etc. preferred. Seafood experience is a plus.
-Ability to focus on food quality, cleanliness and profitability
-Open to training and willingness to learn
