Marketing, Sales, and Business Development Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing, Sales, and Business Development Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a multifaceted role that combines marketing strategy, sales initiatives, and business development efforts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content and promotional materials.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Sales:
Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Business Development:
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partnerships and strategic alliances.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback from clients and market insights.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new business leads.
Prepare business development reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in conscious leadership or mindfulness practices.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
Experience with Mailchimp.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
