Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a multifaceted role that combines marketing strategy, sales initiatives, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content and promotional materials.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Business Development:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback from clients and market insights.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new business leads.
- Prepare business development reports and presentations for senior management.
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or business development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conscious leadership or mindfulness practices.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with Mailchimp.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
