Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese and possess the ability to handle occasional heavy lifting. This role is integral to providing top-notch service to our potential homeowners and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, guiding them through the home selection process and answering any questions.
  • Conduct property tours for potential homeowners, highlighting the features and benefits of the resort home community.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming sales office environment, ensuring all marketing materials and displays are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of information and materials to clients.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing sales contracts and related documentation.
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed, such as setting up promotional materials, moving furniture, or assisting with events.
  • Manage and update the customer database, ensuring all client information is accurate and current.
  • Support the sales team by preparing and organizing promotional events, including open houses and community tours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and office supplies, and place orders as necessary.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly sales reports, tracking key metrics and providing insights to the sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and potential buyers, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate or hospitality, is a plus.
