Role Overview:
NexSolv Group is hiring independent Solar Sales Consultants for BP Solar. In this commission-based role, you will engage with potential clients to explain the benefits of solar energy and assist them in adopting solar solutions. No prior solar sales experience is needed, as training will be provided. We do require at least one year of customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct consultations to assess customers’ energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
  • Explain the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy.
  • Guide customers through the solar adoption process with clear, professional advice.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Finalize sales and coordinate with the installation team for a seamless transition.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and company policies.

Qualifications:

Must Be At Least 18 yrs old

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • No prior experience in solar sales required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with technology
  • High integrity and a customer-centric approach.
  • Computer, headset or headphones with microphone attachment
  • A strong, stable internet connection
  • A quiet work area

Work Arrangement: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Agents will have the freedom to set their own schedules. NexSolv Group and BP Solar provide the essential tools and support for success in your own working environment.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Once you apply, you will be directed to orientation, which will give you a general overview of the position and answer all questions. Once finished, you will proceed with a skills assessment. After certification, you will have the opportunity to select your own schedule and begin earning. We are available Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm for assistance or to answer any questions
