Qualifications:

 

- High School Diploma with technical training.

- Minimum of three years of technician experience or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

 

Responsibilities:

 

As a Technical Manager, your primary duties will include:

 

- Troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on games to minimize downtime, ensuring they remain in like-new condition.

- Developing a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan.

- Sourcing game parts efficiently to minimize expenses.

- Managing parts inventory and utilizing a web-based tracking system.

- Reporting game issues or operational concerns to the General Manager.

- Safeguarding company assets, including sensitive equipment and data.

- Working all scheduled shifts, whether alone or alongside others, ensuring presence from opening to closing.

- Supervising the arcade in the absence of senior staff, ensuring all procedures are followed, and guest experiences exceed expectations.

- Addressing guest issues promptly and courteously, ensuring swift and fair resolutions.

- Performing technician duties and training staff on responsibilities such as token collections and security procedures.

- Assisting other locations with setup, teardown, and operational improvements.

- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs and implementing performance improvement measures.

- Setting performance standards and providing training for job completion and career advancement.

- Maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to company policies.

- Effectively communicating within the organization and proactively identifying service, quality, or safety issues.

- Overseeing technician hiring and performance reviews, offering guidance and direction on assignments.

- Representing the company in addressing service issues and guest complaints.

 

We seek a committed Technical Manager who will meet with their supervisor quarterly to review performance and plan future goals. The ideal candidate should manage full shifts, ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures, and lead staff in alignment with company standards.
