Pinpoint Laser Systems has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Sales Manager with strong, hands-on, mechanical skills and a technically oriented background with proven sales growth history. We are looking for a candidate who will join and help strengthen our dynamic team environment.

Our team is based in a newly renovated facility with, engineering and alignment labs, full manufacturing capabilities, a machine shop, comfortable workspaces and a full, self-serve cafeteria. We share ideas and strongly support team collaboration on customer projects, new product design, and sales and marketing projects.


The Position


The ideal candidate should have a proven managerial sales growth history and solid B2B experience with mechanical equipment and assemblies, manufacturing systems, and mechanical design along with the ability to work with customers in a sales engineering role. Experience dealing with international customers and international Sales Representatives for supportive development overseas. Computer experience with CRM, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed along with good online presentation skills are highly desirable.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Proven experience with Sales and building customer relationships
  • Proven managerial experience with sales teams and technical products.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growing manufacturing operation
  • Mechanical, Technical, Engineering experience
  • Comfortable with customers and developing alignment/measuring solutions
  • Ability to understand and explain engineering problems
  • Innovative & creative participation with sales and manufacturing teams
  • Interest in working with industrial customers on solutions and designs
  • Comfortable in industrial and factory environments
