Job Description: As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales. This role combines door-to-door outreach with social media strategies to engage potential clients and help them discover the benefits of going solar. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, leveraging your interpersonal skills to educate homeowners on the value of solar energy and close sales effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and engage potential clients.

 

Utilize social media platforms to generate and nurture leads.

 

Educate homeowners on the benefits and cost savings of solar energy.

 

Build strong relationships with prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process.

 

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads into successful sales.

 

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, solar products, and pricing.

 

Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve strategies.
