Business Customer Service Representative

We are an outsourced sales and marketing firm, and our customer representatives are the backbone of our business. Our team members have the opportunity to evolve into branch owners by the end of the year. To perform this role successfully, you must have effective listening skills and use positive body language. Our business is done in person and directly with our clients' leads, creating a unique and optimistic experience for them while solving their product or service issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train in all aspects of account creation and management
  • Help business customers with any products and services they may require, quote accurate price points, and close sales effectively
  • Listen, understand, and take quick action to solve customers' problems
  • Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and engage with our company's culture and activities
  • Endure personal evaluations with top managers and Sales Representatives throughout the week
