Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Manage your personal territory with integrity, fostering long-term connections with clients.
  • Drive Sales Impact: Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to support small businesses, helping them grow and succeed within their communities.
  • Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions.

  • Commitment to Integrity: Represent our company in a way that reflects Christian values of honesty, service, and stewardship.

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of outside sales success, or comparable experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Faith and Integrity: Strong work ethic and personal integrity, someone who prioritizes serving others and values building trust.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory, often working multiple towns in a week.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earnings Potential: $60,000 to over $100,000
