About the Role:

Warren Transport, Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and navigating objections to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential customers through outbound calls and utilize industry-leading sales research tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Prospect for additional new freight opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Navigate objections and problem-solve obstacles to close sales
  • Meet personal sales and calls goals to contribute to the team's success

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Hard worker with a drive for results who can persevere in the face of resistance or setbacks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
