For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: SummaryHR Administrative AssistantJob Summary: The HR Administrative Assistant will focus on compliance and will assist the Human Resources department in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR compliance and the administrative aspects of HR. The administrative assistant will work closely with the HR team to support compliance-related projects and tasksKey Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements Help organize and file sensitive information securely and confidentially Maintains confidential personnel files Verifies I-9 documentation and completes I-9 forms; tracks and initiates updates as required Assist in conducting regular internal audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and responding to employee inquiries Participate in HR meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiativesQualifications: Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Previous internship or work experience in HR, compliance, or legal field is a plusSkills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
