Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions.

Estimated Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HR and logistics practices comply with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves monitoring and maintaining compliance standards, assisting with audits, and developing training materials for HR and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate compliance records for HR and logistics processes.
  • Prepare for internal and external audits by gathering necessary documents and information.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive training sessions on compliance standards for HR and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate with HR and supply chain teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Develop and submit detailed compliance reports to leadership on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, compliance, or supply chain roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations in HR and logistics.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
