Job Posting: HR Admin (Contract-to-Hire) – Nashville

Position: HR Admin (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary:

As an HR Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to our HR team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Your role will be instrumental in handling various HR functions, assisting with employee-related activities, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and other databases.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employment contracts, leave requests, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
