Manpower's client in the metal surfacing industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Inside Sales Assistant

Location:  Kingston, NY

Pay Range:  $23 - $25 per hour

Introduction:

- Full-time schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
- Temp to perm based on performance and attendance.
- Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and prove yourself.
- Excellent starting pay with Room for advancement.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

What's the job?  
- Provide first rate customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Track all project orders and ensuring all items ship by given due dates.
- Track backorders and work with the Purchasing Department to ensure due dates are met.
- Provide quotes and serve as the lead customer contact..
- Assist with technical support and troubleshooting.

What's needed?
- Strong work ethic and desire to deliver top quality service.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Perform your job duties following outlined procedures.
- Flexibility - help out where and when needed.
