We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Columbus, Ohio. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support, executive coordination, and data entry within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting calendar management, scheduling, meeting preparation, and board overview support.


Key responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to executives

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

• Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents

• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications

• Interact with internal staff at all levels

• Coordinate project-based work

• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

• Supervise, coach and train lower-level staff.


Skills required include proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, and Correspondence.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings
• Familiarity with the Concur system
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System
• Experience with About Time software
• Strong Calendar Management skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Comfortable with managing Conference Calls
• Ability to handle Correspondence effectively
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
