Benefits Call Center Representative

- Handling a high volume of calls.
- Explaining benefit plans accurately and professionally.
- Reviewing, researching, and resolving benefit questions and issues.
- Explaining benefits and eligibility for various claims.
- Requesting stop payments, voids, and adjustments of claim payments.
- Prior benefits experience or at least 2 years as a customer service representative or claims processor.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and good organizational skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
