Call Center Representative

Job Description:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing high-quality service. This role requires a friendly, patient individual who can handle customer interactions effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure..
Pay Range:
$1050 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer calls promptly and courteously
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company scripts and guidelines while customizing responses as necessary
- Provide information about products and services and suggest suitable solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed
- Achieve call center targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
- Update customer databases and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
