We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing essential information and support. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from union members regarding membership inquiries, benefits questions, and general information.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to callers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of previous call Center experience
  • Medical industry experience a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional member support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred.

Job Details:
  • Contract to Hire
  • Monday- Friday, onsite
  • Pay $18-$21 an hour depending on experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
