Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information about benefits, eligibility, and coverage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Meet performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
