We are seeking a Legal Billing Clerk to join our team based in San Francisco, California. The role will involve working with Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and Computerized Billing in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:


• Efficiently handling customer credit applications

• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving them

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for managing financial tasks

• Working with ADP - Financial Services for financial operations

• Operating Computerized Billing to ensure accurate invoicing

• Using EHR SYSTEM for maintaining records

• Working with Epic Software for various accounting functions

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Responding to and managing Answering Inbound Calls effectively.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is important for managing employee data and payroll.

• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM is needed for managing electronic health records.

• Experience with Epic Software is desirable for efficient project management.

• Familiarity with About Time software is beneficial for effective time tracking.

• Proficiency in performing Accounting Functions is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required for managing outgoing payments.

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary for handling incoming payments.

• The ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally is key for effective communication and customer service.
