We are seeking a Case Manager, Resource Coordinator in the housing industry, based in Olympia, WA. As a Case Manager, Resource Coordinator with this non-profit organization, you will support program participants seeking community resources and services include, but not limited to: housing relocation, eviction prevention, housing search, landlord liaison activities, financial coaching, housing counseling, etc. 


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of local County resources and provide appropriate recommendations to address barriers to stable housing and employment
  • This position will work closely with other members of the Program team and various local agencies to implement supportive strategies aimed at ensuring housing stability permanency for the residents.
  • Take detailed case notes of all interactions, be able to establish boundaries and understand the population the that they are working with are working through personal strife, homelessness and recovery.

• Proficiency in Customer Service, with a proven track record of successfully dealing with inquiries and complaints

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests

• Familiarity with Customer Service duties, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks

• Knowledge of Property Management, with a focus on coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal operations
