Job Summary:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. As a Clinical Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading activities aimed at promoting a culture of professional practice and ensuring attainment of excellence in clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Magnet and Pathways Activities: Develop and implement strategies to promote and maintain Magnet Recognition status and Pathways to Excellence Program.
- Lead Professional Practice Initiatives: Design and execute initiatives to foster a culture of professional practice among nursing staff.
- Ensure Excellent Clinical Outcomes: Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement plans to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- 5 years of experience in acute care nursing
Compensation and Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, voluntary benefits, and well-being resources.
