Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating our donor database, preparing donations for deposit, and providing clerical assistance to staff and program areas. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the development team
- Updating our donor database and preparing donations for deposit
- Providing clerical assistance to staff and program areas
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with resource distribution
- Maintaining accurate records and databases

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' general office experience and phone reception
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
