About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to support the mission of South Puget Sound Community College as an Administrative Assistant 3 in Transition Studies.

Job Overview

This position plays a vital role in supporting student success in post-secondary academia transfer and workforce education that meets the needs of the South Sound region. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, administering, and coordinating instruction with students, staff, and the public regarding Transition Studies programs content, policies, procedures, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Transition Studies programs and services
  • Coordinate with students, staff, and the public to provide information and resources related to Transition Studies programs
  • Analyze data and develop reports to inform program improvement and decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of post-secondary education and workforce development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
