Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant 3 at the State of Washington, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director and department members. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, maintaining calendars, coordinating personnel work, and monitoring budget status. You will also be responsible for conducting research, preparing reports, exercising signature authority, processing travel documents, and responding to internal and external inquiries. We are seeking a highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time position based in Olympia, Washington, with opportunities for flexible/hybrid remote work.
