Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Grandview Heights, Ohio. The role involves a wide range of administrative duties within the industry. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests professionally and direct them accordingly
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and manage calendar appointments
• Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is sorted and distributed correctly
• Manage audio-visual equipment setup for meetings
• Coordinate catering services for onsite meetings
• Assist with the scheduling of HVAC services when necessary
• Handle inbound telephone calls, maintaining a pleasant and professional phone manner
• Provide back office support and perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Utilize MS Office and other related software for various tasks.• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or in a customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Big 4 Accounting Firm is a plus
• Ability to maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary
• Sound knowledge of basic office skills and back office support procedures
• Proven experience coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments using calendar management tools
• Experience with audio visual equipment and catering coordination for meetings or events
• Ability to assist and direct guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Experience handling inbound telephone calls, directing phone calls, and maintaining phone coverage
• Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to operate multi-line phone systems
• Ability to maintain a pleasant phone manner and uphold professional phone etiquette at all times
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours if required.
